Centriq does not currently provide specific service technician referrals or troubleshooting advice.
To get service help for your item, first you should double-check to see if you do have a home warranty. If you do contact them directly. If you aren't sure, your realtor may be able to confirm. It could just be that you have Centriq mixed up with the actual home warranty provider.
