To Cancel or Delete Your Account
Cancel and Keep
To cancel a subscription, please contact us at support@mycentriq.com. You can retain access to your inventory and reports without a paid subscription. So there is no need to delete your account.
Cancel and Delete
If you have a PAID SUBSCRIPTION - please email us prior to deleting your account to ensure that your payment information is removed from our system. You also have reports from your account that you can download prior to deleting. Please request your reports before you delete your account.
If you do not have a paid subscription and no longer use the app, you can simply delete the app from your devices. You can also delete and purge your account through the mobile app.
To Change Your Centriq Account Password
In the Mobile App
Open the mobile app and log out.
Select the "Don't remember your password" link on the login screen.
Follow the prompts to send a reset password email to yourself.
If you do not receive an email, the email that you entered at the prompt was not correct or it was not your account email. Please double check and try again. You WILL receive a "password reset" email from Centriq if you have an account with the email address entered.
Also check your filters and spam folder to make sure that your email is not rejecting the "password reset" email.Click the button in the email to reset your password.
You will be taken to a page where you enter and confirm a new password. Give the app a few minutes before trying to log in again.
Using Centriq Online
Log in to Centriq Online: https://app.mycentriq.com/. Use your existing account email and password from any device or computer.
Select the Account icon from the upper right corner of the screen.
Select Account from the menu.
Click the Pencil icon.
Click the Change Password button and follow the prompts to make the change.
You will not be logged out after making this change, but make sure that the next time you log in, you use the new password.
