On some screens, the keyboard may cover the submit button and it seems that there is no way to complete adding the item or content that you are trying to add.  To solve this, tap the "Return" or "Enter" button on the keyboard.  This will tab through the rest of the fields on the screen or press the submit button for you.  You should be able to continue normally after this is done.  

Also note that there may be issues with adding items on tablets or iPad devices using the mobile app.  Please be aware that the mobile app is not optimized for use with tablets and you should use the browser based app on these devices.   Access Centriq Online to use a fully optimized Centriq app on tablets.
