We have found that this is an issue on some Android devices using the tools that we used to build our app. We also require an Android version 6.0 or higher to use the mobile app. If you are affected by either of these limitations, please access our fully featured online version, Centriq Online, instead.
Our team is collaborating with the app community to find a solution. In the meantime, there are a few steps you can try to get the app to open on your Android device:
Force Stop and Reboot
- Verify that you are connected to wifi with a good signal.
- Close Centriq completely.
- Navigate to the Application Manager under Settings,
- Select Centriq,
- Select Force Stop.
- Reboot the device.
- Reopen Centriq.
