Centriq offers "Pro" accounts where real estate professionals, organizers, builders, contractors, property managers and others who deal in with properties can share the app to show their branding to clients or transfer information about properties to their clients.

What the Fee Covers: A Centriq Premium Pro subscription pays for the branding that your clients see in the Centriq app.  This covers an unlimited number of clients or other who receive the app either through a link that you share with them, or through a property transfer from your account. This also includes an unlimited number of property addresses that can be added in the app and transferred.  

After the Trial: If you choose not to subscribe to Centriq Premium Pro after the free trial period ends, your clients will retain access to their Centriq account.  The only difference will be that your branding will no longer display for them in the app.  Your contact card will remain in their list of service providers.

Try it on your own home
: We encourage all professionals to add your own property address and then your appliances, small electronics and other things.  Test it out and see what you can add and what information is populated for you in the app.  Getting a feel for the possibilities and potential is key to endorsing Centriq for your clients. 

Sending Centriq to Clients

Give them your link: The simplest use of Centriq is to send your link to your client list. When they then sign up for an account, your branding appears to them when they use it. 

Transfer a property: A more advanced way to use it would be that you (your assistant/team), adds the appliances or items for the property (may be a rental, listing for sale, or any other property).  You create a "digital user guide" of the home prior to handing it off to the client.  You would then "transfer" the property through Centriq to the client so that they have all of the information they need about the house in one place.  Its a great closing gift.  In this situation, the client also sees your branding whenever they use the app.  Click here for more information about property transfers.
