Fundamentally, if we don't protect our user's privacy, we don't have a business, so we take it very seriously. We follow industry best practices across the board for all of our security and data storage systems.

James and Shubber, our founders, both come from Salesforce, the leader in cloud software.  So our company is built on a strong belief in robust cloud-based security.

The following measures ensure that your information is secure with Centriq:

  • We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to store your data. AWS stores data for many companies like Centriq and provides industry standard data protection and backup services. You can click here to read more about it on our website.

  • Your account is, of course, password protected. You can make as secure a password as you can. Using a strong password is also important to protecting your data. We use the leading authentication service Auth0.

  • We keep your personal information private. Please refer to our privacy policy for information on how we use your information.

Please contact us at if you need more guidance, have questions, would like to submit a feature request or if you have other feedback.

Don't forget that you can access Centriq Online to use Centriq on your laptop or desktop computer or for optimized use on tablets.
