You can delete your account through the menu in the mobile app (see below). If you'd like to cancel a subscription, please email us at support@mycentriq.com.
Please note that deleting your account does not automatically remove you from emails, cancel your subscription, or remove the app from your device.
You also welcome to continue evaluating the app while also unsubscribing from our emails. You also are not required to have a paid Centriq subscription to retain access to the content that you have already added in the app. If you still choose to delete your account, please follow the instructions below:
Mobile app Only
Access the mobile app and select "Account Settings" from the menu. There is an option to delete your account at the bottom of the screen.
You can also send us a message at support@mycentriq.com and we will delete your account and purge all information that you entered.
You should also uninstall the app from your device and click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any emails that you receive from us after you remove your account so that you won't continue to receive our email messages if you don't want them.

Account deletion may take up to 48 hours, and please make sure that you click the "unsubscribe" link in any emails that you receive from us after today to ensure that you are removed from our mailing lists.
