First, we only require your zip code, and you can use all features in the app without providing a full or accurate property address.  

We ask for your address for the following reasons: 

  • Centriq is commonly used with homes being prepared for sale.  Many customers build the service record of their home to increase its value upon selling.  This allows easy integration for the listing realtor.
  • Centriq is adding functionality such as one-tap product registration (opt-in) as well as product rebate processing and warranty registration.  To do this, the property address must be valid and accurate.
  • We are also building our "find a pro" service integration so you can get quick estimates from professionals.  This also requires an accurate property address so the professional can make an estimate.

Our assurance is that your information is private and protected. We use the best authentication (Auth0) and cloud services (AWS) in the industry. 

You will not receive SPAM or unsolicited contact from anyone due to using our app.
