Please start by ensuring that you have granted the app permission to use the camera on your mobile device.  

Authorizing the camera (IOS/iPhone)

Navigate to the Settings app. Navigate to and select Centriq. Toggle the switch to “on.”

Authorizing Camera (Android)

Navigate to the Application Manager under Settings. Select Centriq. Go to Permissions and make sure Camera is set to on.


If checking permissions does not resolve your issue, also make sure that you are connected to the internet when using the app.  Click here for more information on using the app when offline.
