If you are running into a message that says you need to upgrade to add more items, you may have actually run into the limit.
If you are on the Free Beginner plan, your account does not include priority processing or guaranteed turnaround times for support requests. We also have a 300 item limit, however this is usually not enforced as long as your account does not overburden our system.
If you exceed a reasonable volume of content and requests, your account may be temporarily restricted from adding new items. This is to ensure the system remains fair and responsive for all users on the FREE plan.
To continue adding items and receive higher-level support, there are two options:
Upgrade to Centriq Premium – This plan is designed for users with larger inventories and higher support needs. It allows unlimited properties, more item capacity, priority content validation, and other premium features. You can see full plan details here: https://mycentriq.com/pricing/
Manage Content Yourself on the Free Plan – If you prefer to stay on the free tier, you’ll need to manage your items directly without guaranteed processing speed. Reach out to support so that we can open space for additional items, but going forward, it’s important that content is added and maintained within the self-service limits of the free plan.
If you are not on the free tier or you suspect there is another issue, but you are still seeing the message, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to reset the permissions.
