Unable to add more items

tried to add a new item but the app says I need to upgrade, prompt to upgrade, upgraded account unable to add items

If you are running into a message that says you need to upgrade to add more items, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to reset the permissions. You should not run into a limit.
