We do our best to send back the most accurate and complete information possible, but we do process thousands of requests, and sometimes there will be mistakes.  If you find that the photo that we added is not a good match, we added an incorrect document, you want another document or part added, or if there is something else that needs to be corrected, please follow this process to request that we correct it.

  1. Log in to Centriq.

  2. Select the item.

  3. Navigate to the content sections below the item details.Parts & Accessories, Manuals & Guides, and How-To Videos.

  4. Expand the section where you want more information.

  5. Select "Can't find what you're looking for? Let us help!".
The app opens an in-app chat message with  most of the necessary information filled in.  We need the manufacturer and model number to correctly identify the item to match for additional content, so please do not delete the default text in the message.

  6. Type in what you are specifically looking for and send!

Please note: We do not have access access to images, documents or other content that you add in the app yourself. We also can't see how you have things organized into groups or properties as part of general processing. That would be an invasion of your privacy!  Only high level administrators can access that information,  and only in response to account issues.
