If the mobile app appears to crash or close abruptly, make sure that the app is closed completely on your device (not just in the background), then reopen it. Like refreshing a web browser, sometimes the app needs a refresh too.
On Android devices you can also open the Application Manager, select Centriq, and select Force Close. This also typically clears unusual issues with the app.
