Once you submit the product label of the item you are adding, Centriq will get the manual for you. You don’t have to do anything but keep an eye out for the notification that we found it.
It may take our process anywhere from 24 hours to a few days to retrieve the expert support content and send it back to you. This depends upon a variety of factors including whether it’s already in our database, how accessible quality content is, and the current demands on our processing systems.
The way that our processing works is that the most popular categories and items are prioritized. Next, items are prioritized by the subscription level of the user that most recently submitted the item. As of summer 2025, we are implementing more automation into our processes which will ultimately speed things up, however, you may see slower processing times while this is being developed. Please reach out to support only if you are not seeing a stock image and documents or a link to the product page. The additional processing time is for finding videos and then additional information.
