We work diligently to make sure you have a robust resource of content at your fingertips. Some items will already be in our database and you will receive the information about them within hours. Other items may take longer.  While 24 - 48 hours is our goal, during periods of increased demand, or when items may be older or more rare, transcription times can increase to days or even several weeks.

The way that our processing works is that the most popular categories and items are prioritized. As of summer 2025, we are implementing more automation into our processes which will ultimately speed things up, however, you may see slower processing times while this is being developed. Please reach out to support if you aren't seeing a stock image and documents or a link to the product page. The additional processing time is for finding videos and then additional information.

The "Processing" indicator may linger on your item for a longer time than expected, however this is our way of letting you know that we are still conducting additional research on the item. When this indicator is removed, it means that we have done all that we can to find as much information as possible.

Any extended wait times are due to an overload of new users and requests for content. Please be assured that we process all items entered. If the item still says "Processing", we are still working on it. Nothing is broken.
